We are proud to announce the successful completion of our latest retail project: the full fit-out of the new PRAKTIS DIY store in Sofia, Bulgaria. This project was completed in close cooperation with our trusted partner PSDS Ltd., the official distributor of MAGO solutions on the Bulgarian market.
Tailored Equipment for a 20,000 m² Retail Space
The store, covering an impressive 20,000 square meters, was outfitted with an extensive range of MAGO shelving systems, including:

We also provided a variety of custom display solutions tailored to the client’s specific layout and merchandising needs.
Advanced Presentation & Display Features
The project included the delivery of numerous dividers and accessories, allowing for attractive and efficient product presentation. Additionally, mobile impulse racks were installed to support seasonal promotions and special sales campaigns.
In the lighting zone, we used MAGO NX MINI and MAGO 15 shelving systems, enhanced with:

A dedicated space wall for showcasing wall and ceiling lamps
Inspirational Showroom and Functional Design
The wallpaper section was transformed into a mini-showroom using NX Mini shelves. The lower part of the shelving unit was redesigned to create an inspirational interior décor area, presenting wallpapers in real-life arrangements.
For added safety and durability, all shelving units were equipped with bumpers, offering protection from mechanical damage, including forklift impacts.
In the Home&Deco zone, integrated NX shelves with sliding back panels were installed. These allow for discreet storage while enabling staff to restock merchandise directly from the shop floor, enhancing operational efficiency.
Customized Mezzanine and Checkout Area
A standout feature of this project is the custom-built mezzanine, created specifically for PRAKTIS using the robust NX HD system. Designed to customer specifications, it provides a dedicated display area for wooden battens.
At the end of the shopping path, customers enter a modern checkout area equipped with MAGO checkout counters and impulse racks to support last-minute complementary purchases.
