Record braking 213 days – new production hall Mago SA.
From September 2017 MAGO has a completely new production hall. This is another investment of Poland’s largest manufacturer of shelving and equipment for stores and warehouses.
The new production hall was built in record time. In just seven months (213 days) a 5,000 square meter facility was built. The proverbial “shoveling” took place in February 2017, and already in August the hall was ready for operation. .
Hall construction is one of the stages in the company’s development. Expansion into the markets of Western Europe and Russia required the company to expand its production area. „We have not been able to fit no more in our existing facilities,” says Andrzej Kutyła Expansion Director at MAGO. “We have more and more customers, and we needed production space to meet growing orders”.
Some stages of construction were impressively short – the powder coating line was assembled in 4 weeks. The performance of the latest line is comparable to the two currently the largest coating line in Mago; Its painting power is greater by 40%. The new powder coating line is the most modern one in Poland and one of the most modern in Europe. It allows up to three times the performance and guarantees the highest standard of painting component. ..
150 people will be employed at new Hall, for whom 3000 m2 of offices and social spaces are allocated. Employees have at their disposal a new canteen, modern dressing rooms and sanitary facilities.
The investment amounted to PLN 25,000,000.
