Another implementation for our customer ID LOGISTICS POLSKA successfully completed!
This time our task was to furnish and equip a warehouse in Wola Rakowa near Łódź, close to the A1 freeway, with an area of almost 20 thousand square meters with a reliable system of MAGO HX series high racks.
The project of equipping the warehouse was “tailor-made”, based on the requirements of the customer. We analyzed and calculated the allowable racking loads and the strength of the floor.
The newly opened warehouse consists of a traditional part and a cold storage and freezing warehouse. In the dry zone, part of the racks was fenced off with a special construction of galvanized mesh panels together with sliding entrance gates. This installation protects goods, such as aerosols, from uncontrolled movement in the event of an explosion. We have prepared several rows of racks for the installation of a fire protection system, which is a requirement of health and safety regulations.
Each time we configure a storage system, we analyze the height of the storage levels, the mutual position of the racking channels, the spacing of the posts and beams, and take into account the allowable loads of the structure according to the safety requirements that ensure its stability.
The assembly took 4 weeks. In the end, we achieved 15 577 pallet spaces.
Our safe high rack system MAGO HX offers the possibility to create racks that can be built from any number of segments and have any number of storage levels on each of them. All elements of the system are assembled only with screws and hooks, which allows their reuse in the future.
